Apuntar por cierto, ahora que veo los datos de , que con esos 121 kilos te referías al estreno en USA, ya que (curiosamente) en Spain is the pain y otras latitudes ya llevaba al menos un par de semanas en cartelera, y en China, mercado cada vez más apetitoso, ha batido el récord de lanzamientos cinematográficos producidos durante el mes de noviembre con mas de 55 kilos en su primer fin de semana. Se lo están llevando muerto, vamos.

En esta ocasión la cosa se acerca mucho más a las de Guardians of Galaxy, en ambientación (planetas alienigenas a saco, personajes y mercenarios de dudosa moralidad, naves y tiros a mansalva) y en tono, con la comedia dominando exageradamente el cotarro. Pero el problema, al menos para mi, es que la inmensa mayoría de los chistes, y son MUCHOS, pero una verdadera barbaridad por metro de celuloide, son en su mayor parte más de vergüenza ajena que realmente graciosos. Los actores parecen ser conscientes de ello y no se cortan a la hora de hacer el payaso, pero personalmente me resultaba lamentable ver a Anthony Hopkins o Tom Hiddleston haciendo constantemente el tonto, sabiendo el rendimiento que son capaces de entregar en otros registros; algo parecido, supongo, a lo que me pasó al ver a Cumberbatch en Dr. Strange (suya aparición en esta cinta sin embargo es digna ya que la situación es la que crea la comedia, y no las tonterías que ponen a hacer y decir al actor) haciendo el gilipollas la mayor parte del tiempo. La de veces que quise llevarme las manos al rostro ante las tonterías mostradas no seria capaz de cuantificarlas, si bien me lo iba temiendo conociendo el trabajo de su director, cuyo tono en su (generalmente muy bien recibida, así que lo mismo el raro soy yo) What We Do In the Shadows, conmigo no conectó.

Visualmente tiene unos cuantos momentos como no magníficos, más o menos entretenida a ratos es, pero en general, otra muestra para mi MUY preocupante de que la formula Marvel empieza a perder fuelle a un ritmo alarmante. Eso si, reitero que Cate Blanchet de morena y embutidita en spandex está muy pero que muy bien a sus casi 50 tacos. Por lo demás, la verdad, un bodrio (eso si sin demasiadas pretensiones), pero lo que me cuesta inmensamente perdonar a estas producciones, es que me resultara muy considerablemente coñazo. Ya se pueden poner las pilas para Infinity War... :|
