Aunque a saber que rol le ha tocado.




Sobre la serie, a ver si lo hacen en plan Stake Land pero a ser posible con mayores medios y un poco menos de "Mad Maxismo", que a mi esa estética no me va demasiado. Si es así, puede molar bastante, especialmente si el apocalipsis como tal se desencadena en condiciones, que coño, y los vampiros no son una panda de maricones y/o llorones seductores y brillantes a la luz del sol, claro. Queremos malas bestias. :wink:

The Passage es la primera de una triologia de libros de un apocalipsis vampírico escritos por Justin Cronin. Ridley Scott prepara su adaptación a la pequeña pantalla y ya está concretando nombres para el reparto, en concreto Mark-Paul Gosselaar, (El Zack Morris de Salvados Por la Campana), Saniyya Sidney (American Horror Story: Roanoke), Genesis Rodriguez (Tusk, Yoga Hosers), Brianne Howey, BJ Britt y Jennifer Ferrin.

El argumento gira en torno a un experimento médico que tras ver que varios enfermos de cáncer son curados por una raza de murciélagos en Sudamerica consiguen una cura que tiene como efecto secundario convertir a los pacientes en bestias sedientas de sangre. Y bueno, lo típico, una niña es a la vez victima y clave para evitar el apocalipsis.
